Ida Iris Art Project / Voice of the stone / Idaton 19
This stone distinctly reveals two images, which I initially sketched as pencil outlines on paper. I then sought to preserve these forms as faithfully as possible, making only minimal adjustments. The result can be seen below. I also created a graphic composition that unites both images within a single work.
Each artwork derived from the stone’s imagery may be presented independently. At the same time, the pieces can be combined into a diptych or triptych.
These artworks can be reproduced and adapted to a variety of formats.
These works can serve as an example of artistic creativity based on preserving a natural image with the use of minimal stylization.
