Ida Iris (Netherlands)
Artist. Real name Larysa Sidak.
She works in the areas of: realism, primitivism, figurative, contemporary art, illustration, impressionism.
In her creative work she prefers stylization, transformation image into a symbol, simplify the subject, experiment with the form and color, with patterns and textures.
Education:
2004—2011 Kharkov State Academy of Design and Art.
She graduated with M.A. (Hons) in the field Fine Art (Easel painting, drawing, printmaking and design. Faculty of Fine Art, department Easel painting and drawing, printmaking, design. The theme of master's work is naive art of Ukraine at the beginning of the 20th century. Graduation work triptych "Tree of Life".
She studied illustrating in the workshop

In her creative work she prefers stylization, transformation image into a symbol, simplify the subject, experiment with the form and color, with patterns and textures.
She takes part in exhibitions and engaged in research in the field of naive art of Ukraine of the last century (1920-1955) and explores the art of the Golden Age of the Netherlands.
Author and illustrator of two books for children.
Artworks by Ida Iris are in private collections in Japan, America, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Australia etc. As well as in the collection of contemporary art of famous Dutch collectors De Heus - Zomer.
